REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Try My Boutique, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated sarees, kurtis, and modern dresses. We want you to love what you order, but if something isn’t right, we have a straightforward cancellation and return process.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] with your Order ID. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the order and initiate a return request following our Return Policy below.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact and attached.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that customized outfits, items bought during clearance/flash sales, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a defective product was received.
3. Return Shipping Charges
- For Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Try My Boutique will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will arrange a free reverse pickup for you.
- For Size Exchanges or General Returns: If you are returning an item due to a sizing issue or simply changing your mind, a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the courier costs.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Mandatory Proof)
We carefully inspect every garment before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow this process within 48 hours of delivery:
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To successfully process a claim for a defective, damaged, or missing item, we strictly require a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging being opened.
- Photo Evidence: Along with the video, please email clear photos of the defect to [Insert Email Address] with your Order ID.
- Manufacturing Defects Only: Our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by forceful try-ons, improper handling, snagging of delicate embroidery, or failure to follow care instructions. If our quality inspection team determines the garment was damaged after delivery, the return will be rejected and the item shipped back to you at your expense.
5. The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, our quality check team will inspect the item. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Crediting: The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay, to your credit card, debit card, or UPI bank account).
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet after the standard 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to banking processing cycles. 6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size (e.g., swapping a Medium for a Large), please initiate a return for your original item for a refund and place a fresh order for the new size on our website.
