- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped.
- In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We partner with reliable courier services to ensure the safe delivery of your sarees and dresses.
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard delivery across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and pin code serviceability.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public strikes, or courier logistics issues outside of our control.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your package in real-time.
4. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or the courier was unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Please note that re-shipping may incur an additional delivery fee.
